Hello,

Small hypodense renal lesions with a round shape are frequently detected on CT scans of the upper abdomen after contrast medium administration.

They may be small cysts or malignancy or metastasis etc. It may need biopsy or excision and pathological analysis. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
